Wuhan Kernel Bio-tech Co., Ltd was established in May 1999, located in east lake high-tech development zone, national biological industry base, with registration capital of RMB 57.36 Million (USD 8.7 million). The company covers an area of 50,000 sqm and has about 270 employees.
As a National High-tech Enterprise, Leading Bio-pesticide Enterprises of Ministry of Science and Technology, High and New Technology Enterprise of National Torch Plan, Kernel has a long-standing commitment to biological technology and R&D. Relying on a professional and innovative technical team, Scientific and Systemic researches including strain breeding, fermentation process, down-stream technique, formulation process and application have been conducting independently. And a number of state-sponsored research projects such as “863”, “Torch” and “Star-fire” have been undertaking. Kernel has widely cooperated with world-class companies and research institutes, such as Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Huazhong Agricultural university, Wuhan university, Mitsui company, Inve company, etc., in the form of“industry-study-research-application”on R&D and manufacture. Kernel has been the leading enterprise of bio-pesticide in China.
Kernel offers comprehensive products and technical service in the field of bio-pesticides, bio-fertilizers and bio-feed additives with the rights of self-managed import and export. The technical of bio-pesticides of Kernel have reached advanced level around the world. Kernel has developed technicals with high content and purity such as 50000-80000IU/mg Bacillus thuringiensis, 60% - 80% Validamycin A, 1x1012 CFU/g Bacillus subtilis and 3x1010 CFU/g Paenibacillus polymyxa, as well as more than 40 formulations. The brand “KERNEL” has been a well-known brand of bio-pesticide in China. The high-end products have been exported to U.S., Japan, Europe and more than 20 countries and won a high reputation.
